How to use the soap?

– How To Use

  • Rub the wet bar soap between your hands, or in a sponge until foaming.
  • Gently massage on to the skin, hands or face with a circular movement.
  • Rinse with water and Enjoy.

    – For external use only. Store in a dry place. Keep away from the eyes. Don’t eat.

What is the weight of the soap?

Size: 100-115 grams

✤ We cut every soap by hand, and wrap every soap with recycled paper.
We do our best to duplicate batches, but it’s not always possible.
Please allow slight color variations and shape changes such as 1-2 cm size or 10-20 grams range in measurements.

What are the main ingredients of soulstice farm soaps?

Great question! The main ingredients of our soap are 100% cold pressed olive oil, water and lye, each soap has other additional ingredients such as herbs and essential oils. Our soaps are made from natural ingredients that we grow on our farm in southern Portugal.

We do not use substances that we would not want to put on our bodies, as we also use our soaps every day.
Our soaps are FREE from – industrialized oils, palm oil, sunflower or canola oil, perfumes or synthetic colors.

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

We Ship Worldwide! At the end of your order you will receive a tracking number that will help you track your order. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped. We appreciate your patience as your soap are being handmade especially for you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped. We appreciate your patience as your soap are being handmade especially for you.
It may take 3-10 business days for your package to arrive, delivery times may be dictated by the national delivery provider “Ctt”, when sending your order you will receive a notification to your email with a tracking code that will help you track your package.

How can I track my package?

When your order is shipped you will receive a new email from us that includes a tracking number for your order.

My package is lost/stolen. What do I need to do?

Oh no! Please make sure that the shipping address you provide to us is accurate at checkout. We will do our best to help you locate the package through the tracking number provided to you. If you need any further assistance or information, please contact us!

My package arrived damaged. What do I need to do?

We always ship your items in perfect condition. Unfortunately, a package that is damaged during shipping is common. Please contact us and provide photos of the damaged product, so that we can assist you.

My package was returned to you by the carrier. Can you reship it?

Yes! After we’ve received the returned package and confirmed that the items are still in good condition, we will reach out to you and try to re-ship the package back to you.

Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Orders that have been shipped are not eligible for a cancellation or refund.
Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.

Do you accept returns?

Yes.  We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product/or purchasing the product. Please contact us so that we can confirm your return and provide you additional details – like how and where to send the package. When the package arrives we will check whether the products have not been used and we will be happy to give you a refund.

Please be sure to thoroughly read the descriptions on each item prior to placing your order. Our items are handmade and photographed to the best of our ability, however exact colors may vary based on the screen they are viewed on.
